Do you need to be freed of the small things you don’t want to do in your coaching business?

When was the last time you took stock of what you do in a day? How much of your time goes down to ‘stuff’. Stuff that doesn’t bring you clients, or build your business?

Do yourself a favour and do this exercise. Using a piece of paper, draw a line down the centre. On the left-hand side of the paper, list everything you do in your business, and I mean absolutely everything. This won’t work if you’re not truthful with yourself. On the right, list everything you don’t want to do, the stuff you’d hand off in a heartbeat if you had someone who would help you. If you have more than two items on the right-hand side, we should chat.
