Jacqui James, JMJ – EA for a Day, The VA Project and the OBM Premium Pathway are operated by Jacqui James, trading as JMJ – EA for a Day. Throughout the site, we may use terms such as “we”, “us”, and “our”. These refer to The VA Project and OBM Premium Pathway. You are permitted to access information, tools and services, which is conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies. The term “user” refers to you, the reader, purchaser, user of this website.

The VA Project and OBM Premium Pathway are designed to help other virtual assistants build a business that can change their lifestyle. From time to time, new products and/or tools will be added to our current offer, and they are also subject to these Terms of Use. All registered users of The VA Project or OBM Premium Pathway will be notified of additions to products and/or tools.

The VA Project and the OBM Premium Pathway are email-based programs. No login, username, or password information is required to participate in these programs. You can read more about how they handle your information here.

The VA Project and OBM Premium Pathway General Terms of Use

  1. When you agree to these Terms of Use, you confirm that you are 18+ years of age and legally entitled to run and operate a Virtual Assistant business.
  2. All products, tools, and/or programs may not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including the use of Intellectual Property or Copyright laws.
  3. The uploading or transmission of viruses, spam, code, malware or any such activity that will render the program ineffective is a violation of these Terms of Use and will result in you being reported to relevant authorities and immediate termination of The VA Project.
  4. You agree that you will not copy, transmit, sell, resell, exploit The VA Project or any portion of the program, its products and/or tools.
  5. You may not give your access to the program to any other person without express written permission from us.
  6. The onus is on the User to research and review the third-party offering carefully before purchasing or engaging in their Service.
  7. The User acknowledges that they may terminate or discontinue The VA Project and any other product or service at any time without refund or partial refund.
  8. The User acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The User agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the User’s responsibility.

Mindset

  1. The User is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the use of the programs, products and or services and interactions with Jacqui James, JMJ – EA for a Day, The VA Project and or OBM Premium Pathway. As such, the User agrees that Jacqui James, JMJ – EA for a Day, The VA Project and or OBM Premium Pathway is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by Jacqui James, JMJ – EA for a Day, The VA Project and or OBM Premium Pathway
  2. The User understands that to enhance their participation in the programs, the User agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully.

OBM Premium Pathway Pricing

  1. We reserve the right at all times to change the pricing for our products, tools, programs and/or services without notice at any time.
  2. We reserve the right to make changes, modify or discontinue a product, tool, program and/or Service in part or whole without notice at any time.
  3. We are not liable to the User or any third party for any such modifications, price changes, deletion or discontinuation of any such product or Service at any time.

Email Verification

When registering for The VA Project and or OBM Premium Pathway, you will need to verify your email address. To do this, you will be asked to confirm your email address after registering.

You can unsubscribe anytime by using the unsubscribe link in all our emails.

If you decide to unsubscribe during the course of any program you registered for, you will not be able to complete it because the method of delivery is email.

The OBM Premium Pathway Product and/or Services

  1. The OBM Premium Pathway is a premium program. All modules are delivered via email. There is no requirement to log into this website or any other 3rd party website to access the modules and support documents
  2. We reserve the right to make changes to/or limit our product/service offering at any time. This includes the description of such product/service and the availability of any product/service.
  3. We reserve the right to discontinue any product/service at any time without consultation with the User.

The User agrees to indemnify Jacqui James, our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Billing

  1. The User agrees to provide current, accurate and complete, information at the time of purchase.
  2. The User agrees to keep your information up to date.
  3. All Credit Card information is processed using Stripe, and you can refer to their privacy policy here. OBM Premium Pathway is an Australian business and is covered by Stripe’s Australian Privacy Policy.
  4. OBM Premium Pathway reserves the right to refuse any order for a program, product, tool or Service.
  5. We may, from time to time, make changes to or cancel any order, product, tool, or service in any event. We will always attempt to notify you by email or phone number you provided at the time of purchase.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel your order, program, product tool or Service if we believe you’re in direct competition with The VA Project or OBM Premium Pathway, our products and services.
  7. Should you no longer wish to participate in OBM Premium Pathway program, you must let us know in writing.

Feedback

At the completion of The VA Project or OBM Premium Pathway or upon request, we will ask you for your feedback which will be given freely and without payment of compensation, monetary or in kind. You agree that at any time and without restriction, we can in part or all in full publish, edit, copy, distribute, translate on any medium any of the feedback may be used online, on our website, in emails.

The decision to provide the feedback is not a requirement to participate in any of our products or services.

Community comments

As the User, you agree not to violate the rights of Jacqui James, JMJ – EA for a Day, The VA Project and or OBM Premium Pathway, or any other third-party website or application that you will not make defamatory, libellous, unlawful, abusive or obscene comments. Until such time as these Terms of Use are terminated by either the User or use, these Terms of Use will remain in effect. You may at any time terminate these Terms of Use by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or when you cease using our website.

We also reserve the right to terminate these Terms of Use if we suspect you have not complied with any term or provision as set out in these Terms of Use.

You will remain liable for amounts that are due and payable up to and including the termination date.
