Our clients shared the same issues before joining us at JMJ – EA for a Day. They were frustrated, stressed, time-poor and overworked. They had been trying to be that multitasking one-person band they thought they had to be. They were not spending enough time with their clients.

The phone rang, and a client shared my mobile with a struggling business owner.

Often, businesses try to fit a square peg into a round hole. They do this because they don’t realise there is a far better way to do things.

In this instance, the couple struggled with business administration. While they knew basic administration, trying to connect all the pieces of their business didn’t work, leading to considerable overwhelm and distress.

By the end of the call, the client was breathing deeply and safe in the knowledge that, in that 30-minute conversation, they had found JMJ, who not only empathised with them but also offered multiple solutions to help them connect the dots—in this case, the processes, systems and tech to make their business administration run smoother and give them back the many hours they were spending trying to make it all work.

This time, someone reached out to me on LinkedIn. They had been watching and reading my posts for some time and felt that JMJ had what they needed to help them review their systems and processes. Within the first three weeks of working together, the client asked me about the top ten things I’ve seen in their business that would benefit from change.

I provided them with a list within a few hours, and they immediately implemented the first two items. Then, the JMJ team created the workflows and systems based on the business requirements and the required outcomes to complete the other items.

Our client was well equipped with many systems already in place but was too close to their business to see the areas that would benefit from a review.

Again, another referral.

This client sought help with their social media, blogs and newsletters. They already had many bits and pieces in place but struggled with finding the VA who got them, listened to them, and understood them.

They were limited with the time they could spend working in their business because they were constantly face to face with clients and then to find time to do all the admin at the end of the day was causing significant stress.

After our initial discussion, we onboarded the new client and quickly understood who they are, their brand voice, and how they wanted to position themselves with their clients and target market.

The client soon gave us full autonomy in designing and creating their social media images, reels, blog layouts, newsletters, analytics reporting, and scheduling.

JMJ–EA for a Day is a registered Australian business. ABN 82 473 779 874

Jacqui James is not a USA expat nor a resident of the USA working outside the country for a long time.

An IRS requirement is that a W-8BEN form be completed before work can commence.

Do you work on retainer?2024-12-31T13:53:53+11:00

Yes, we also work on retainer. This is helpful for clients with consistent hours and ongoing support needs for work that does not need to be completed within AEST. So it doesn’t matter where you are; we can help you.

All retainers are paid in advance.

How do I pay?2024-12-31T13:50:41+11:00

Ad hoc projects are commenced after you pay a 50% deposit. The balance is due 14 days after the project begins, regardless of whether it took 1 day or 9 days to complete.

If you want ongoing social media, digital marketing, Virtual Assistant admin services or a combination of all three, then you pay in advance in full for the number of hours you want. This can be done via invoice every month, or you can pay using Stripe and have your payment debited to your card each month.

Workflow management, systems and processes, and tech management, including web design and build, are all payable with a 50% deposit; the balance is due 30 days after commencement.

What if I want to contract JMJ?2024-12-31T13:39:52+11:00

After our initial Zoom call, I will send you a scope of work and our terms. To get the ball rolling, you must acknowledge that the scope meets your requirements and that you have read our terms by providing your consent in an email stating that you are good to commence.  We will then begin your onboarding process.

When you book your call you will be asked 3 questions, and we will cover those on our initial call.
