Payment of Accounts
JMJ–EA for a Day does not collect credit card information. All invoices are distributed using our 3rd party accounting program, and all payments are accepted by direct bank deposit. If you choose to pay via the online payment link on your invoice, our third-party payment processor, Stripe, will process your payment, and their privacy policy will apply.

- When working and collaborating with other subcontractors to provide our clients the services they require we from time to time will share necessary information for our subcontractors to undertake the work necessary for the client.

From time to time, I may use a subcontractor working with JMJ—EA for a Day to undertake certain tasks for you. Each subcontractor is asked to and must sign individual confidential agreements showing they have read this privacy policy and are bound to protect your personal information.
Non-Specific Personal Identification
As you browse our website, we may occasionally view non-personal information about Users. This may include, but is not limited to, service providers, operating systems, and other similar information collected by our website security system.
Sensitive Information
JMJ–EA for a Day and any subcontractors or consultants we work with will not ask for, maintain or keep any sensitive information unless the collection is required by law for the legal or immediate threat of harm to persons in relation to legal proceedings (current, anticipated and potential).
Clients of JMJ–EA for a Day may, from time to time, provide sensitive information to carry out their daily business. This information is only shared with a subcontractor when the client has approved for a subcontractor to conduct the work on my behalf.
If a client only wants specific non-confidential tasks conducted by a subcontractor, then only the information needed for the subcontractor to carry out that work is shared.
Sharing passwords to conduct work for the client; this is managed via a third-party encrypted application. For information on this, please contact me.
Destruction of Personal Information
Upon request or at the end of the client contract, documents no longer required for use will be given to the clientdestroyed/deleted/shredded, and any property belonging to the client (including hard or soft copy) will be returned within 7 days of notice or made available for the client to download within seven working days. The client will then have 14 days to download the soft copies. 48 hours’ notification will be sent to the client to remind them to download their softcopies before they are deleted. At this time, the client should change passwords for the systems and applications they share.
How we store your email information
We use ActiveCampaign to manage our email database to share newsletters and product/service updates. To find out more about what ActiveCampaign does with your information, refer to the ActiveCampaign privacy policy.
