Below is a form that, if you have all the information on hand, will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. However, it will save us a lot of time going back and forth to get this information.
Once you complete the form, you will be redirected to our booking calendar to book your onboarding call. We do it this way so we can review the info you share and get prepared for our first call.
On this call, we will work through logging into your systems so we can gain access and build a priority list of tasks that will get us started; that’s a very important part of the process. We will also go over any questions you may have so we can get the ball rolling.
